What are we looking for?
At Wareclouds, we are revolutionizing logistics, with a collaborative and industry-first model . We are growing and today we are looking for our next Operations Analyst Brasil, whose mission will be to ensure the best experience for our wareclouds and clouders, maintaining close and effective communication, with the aim of building loyalty and establishing long-term relationships.
What would your responsibilities be?
Ensure the prevention and resolution of problems that our clouders and wareclouds may have when using the platform.
Conduct training for our Wareclouds on using the platform.
Collect and channel product improvements based on feedback obtained from our Wareclouds.
Provide excellent service to our Wareclouds and Clouders with respect, kindness and the highest service standards; in line with company policies and procedures.
Perform data-based problem analysis.
Perform data visualizations to support decision making.
Propose improvements to be worked on in Technology projects.
What do we expect from you?
The most important thing: that the company's purpose makes sense to you. Passion and drive for what we are doing is essential.
Have at least 1 year of experience working in the operations area.
Advanced Spanish or English.
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization.
Knowledge of G suite.
Some experience with query language or programming is desirable.
That you are comfortable working in a culture of feedback: giving it assertively and receiving it responsibly.
Strong interpersonal skills and passion to improve them.
Problem solving skills.
Proactivity and efficiency in achieving objectives.
Belief in learning and continuous improvement.
