The Role
Our Bilingual Licensed Insurance Agent plays a pivotal role in converting qualified prospects into customers and driving revenue growth. You’ll own a quota, work a prioritized pipeline, and move opportunities from first contact to closed won using phone, SMS, and email. You’re a persuasive communicator with a conversion mindset, coachable on scripts, and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
As a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Agent, we expect you to be a brand ambassador, recognizing that every interaction builds the company we want to create for ourselves and customers.
The Bilingual Licensed Insurance Agent will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive inbound and outbound sales via phone, text, and email — converting qualified leads into happy customers.
- Build trust fast through clear, empathetic communication and product knowledge.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales and retention targets.
- Master objection-handling frameworks for price, timing, and coverage comparisons.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to process improvements.
- Act as a brand ambassador for an inclusive, transparent insurance experience.
Qualifications
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (required).
- Proven track record in phone-based sales (insurance or financial services preferred).
- Thrives in fast-paced, quota-driven environments.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) with excellent verbal persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working independently, coachable, and hungry to grow.
- Tech-savvy — quick to learn new systems (HubSpot, dialers, CRMs).
