• Accounting:
• Entry of detailed financial data into Quick Books
• Reconciliation of accounts and audit assistance
• Accounts payable and purchasing
• Accounts receivable
• Equity record keeping
• Payroll and insurance processing
• Control documentation and organization
• Budget and variance calculations
• Ad hoc accounting and finance projects
• Grant Administration:
• Grant records management
